Followed from meeting to meeting
A rezoning usually goes to the planning commission and then to the council, often over a couple of months. We link each hearing to the same case and record an outcome only from the minutes.

Questions
Which governments are covered?
15 cities and counties in Rutherford, Wilson, Maury and Sumner counties, including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Columbia, Spring Hill, Gallatin, Hendersonville and the county governments. The coverage page lists each one.
How early do alerts arrive?
Checked every day. You get an email on any day there's a new item matching your filters — no email on quiet days. Rutherford County (unincorporated) and Murfreesboro are updated weekly. Agendas usually post 4 to 6 days before a planning commission meeting. For rezonings and annexations that go on to a council, that is typically about two months before the final vote.
Do you show whether a request passed?
Only when the outcome is recorded in official minutes or an action record, and then with the date and a link. Agenda items and staff recommendations are shown as requests and recommendations, never as decisions.
Can I watch an address or a road?
Yes. Paid alerts take up to 10 keywords or addresses and match them against each item's title, address, parcel, project, applicant, use and zoning.
What does the free plan include?
A weekly Monday digest for one county: hearings in the next two weeks, new cases and recorded outcomes. No card; confirm your email to start.
Where does the data come from?
Public agendas, packets, staff reports and minutes published by each government. Every case links to the official documents.
