Corrections and removal requests
We republish public meeting records and want them to be accurate and fair. If a page is wrong, out of date, or shows something about a private person that it shouldn't, email us and we will review it.
Please include
- The page address (the case id at the bottom of each case page helps)
- What is wrong, and a link or document supporting the correction (for example the official minutes or an amended agenda)
- Whether you are asking for a correction or a removal
What happens next
- We reply within two business days.
- Where our page differs from the official documents, we fix it. Pages are rebuilt daily, so an amended agenda or new minutes also update the case automatically.
- If you are a private individual named on a case, or the property is your home, we remove your name and, on request, the street address from our page.
- We can't change the official record. For that, contact the city or county planning office that published it.
